Business Member Organizations (BMOs) will share the loan application form with their members. Ensure you fill out the form accurately, as this is a loan, not a grant.

4G Capital's system will sort participants into "valid" and "invalid" categories. "Invalid" participants, will receive an SMS informing them that they do not qualify for the loan.

Valid participants will be contacted by a 4G Capital loan officer for updating customer details, business information, age, and average monthly sales at the time of application. Some businesses may be rejected during this process.

The system calculates customer affordability based on business age, type, and location. The 4G Capital JGP verification team will then contact the customer to confirm the loan limit and duration (2 or 3 months).

Once approved, the 4G Capital operations team will confirm the requested amount and disburse the loan. Participants will receive an SMS confirming the disbursed amount.

Ensure that your phone settings allow unknown phone numbers to call you. If disabled, adjust your settings to receive calls from unfamiliar numbers.

If you missed a call, your number might be back in the queue, and you will be called again. Note that our call centre numbers do not allow incoming calls, so please be patient; you will receive another call.

If the participant does not pick our call, or has blocked our numbers for some reason, the onboarding/verification cannot be completed.

Participants will receive SMS reminders on disbursement day, day 14, day 44, and day 74. Calls will be made on disbursement day +28, +58, and +88.

Step 1: Go to Lipa na M-PESA
Step 2: Select pay bill and type 4027157
Step 3: Account number is your phone number 07xxxxxxxx
Step 4: Type the amount to be paid
Step 5: Enter M-PESA PIN and send
